I didn't know where to post this here or in the computer recording section. I am using ntrack so I figured I will try here.

I am using a soundblaster live!, Turtle Beach Montego II, and my motherboards audio(CMedia). All three are full duplex and are able to do 16/41000. I eventually want to record from all three, but for right now I would settle for at least one to work! My problem is that I can only here sound coming in and out from my SBLive. Nothing else seems like it is working. When I check my rec vu meter in ntrack nothing happens. I have checked out the sound mixer to make sure that all the levels are right. I am using the aureal audio mixer which controls all three. I have no idea what to do. Please help! Let me know if I should repost this in the computer recording section! Thanks.

You should definately post this in the computer forum!

I cant answer that question, but I have a question....why do you want to do this?....

The only reason is for seperate channels. An example is with drums. There is not just one soundsource, there are multiple. It would be a beautiful thing if I could control all these soundsources seperately after the initial recording. The eq's on the snare and bass drums differ quite a bit.

Timing will become an issue here since each card will be using its own clock...and I don't know of any way to synch them.

I know somebody had written a driver for multiple Ensoniq/Create AudioPCI cards.

Post this to the computer forum, you'll get a lot more response.
