MD 421 varieties

I am hunting for a used Sennheiser 421 MD421 mic... or a MD-421-u-5, or a MD421II...

Truth is, I do not know what the differences in these mics are. This mic has been suggested as a must have and it would be my first larger dynamic mic, but I want to make sure I am hunting for the right model.
