Making My Own Studio, I NEED HELP

I'm about to make my own studio in my basement...and i need some help with, what kind of insulation to purchase. So for those who know anything about this, HELP/

Or, can i go at it another way instead of breakin my walls, puttin up insulation, blahblahblah, or is there an easier way to get that studio feelin...is there somethin else i can purchase where i wouldn't need to do damage to the walls besides for wack ass foam, cause that shit is weak... oh and thatnks for the help


oh and I need a new mic, so If anyone want to buy mine ( at3035 )...HOLLA
