Hi,
Ive just joined this forum so please excuse me if this question has already been dealt with.
Can anyone tell me if or how to record drums using my line 6 KB37 keyboard? Ive tried programing drums but Im not great at it and it takes me AGES which is frustrating when trying to get ideas down.
Im sure there is an easy way of assigning drum sounds to the KB37 keyboard keys and playing a beat using my fingers while recording on my mac, and then quantizing it all so its all in time. (Im using Logic Pro btw)
Can anyone help or tell me how to set this up in Logic Pro so I can do this? I have loads of awesome drum samples so thats not a problem and once a beat has been laid down I can replace samples with others to give it more of a realistic feel etc, but my main issue is how to record drums like this.
Thank you so much in advance for any help/advice you can give.
Please also let me know if you think I should post in another 'Discussion room'
Kind regards,
James
