My experience has been that when this happens, the best thing to do is just grab the wave files and load them individually into a new session and start over by saving it as a new session. Yes, the session file is there, and it may be recoverable, or it may not be...but no matter how much time you have invested in that session, you'll waste twice as much trying to get it back.

That's me, though...other people are smarter and have probably had better luck.

ho..

Man, im so doom..
my project's are very massy, thers is no chance to
build it again. no metter what it will take
how can i recoverd the ses file himself ?

thx

May b to get the ses file for his last update ? before the bad save, is it posobale
by edit the file or somthing?

ho, an other thing
The song is surely hideing in the TEMP folder too
but Cep2.1 do not ask me if i want to recover somthing
from there. can i make Cep2.1 to load a file from the TEMP folder?
my TEMP folder have an 600 mega of files and some of
them connected to an early stage of this project.

dude unfortunalty in my experience when the ses file goes bad I have to recreate the sessions with my wav files! There really is no recovery.
