Intonation Problem!

I just bought a Fernandez native x, brand new off the shelf. I took it home. She played well, but I had trouble getting it in tune. Then I found that it wasn't the tuning, the intonation was fooked waaay up. So what should I do in this situation? Try and get it fixed and hope I don't waste money, or get my money back and be sad.

Guitars rarely come off the rack with proper intonation. If you're feeling crafty, get some instructions and set it up yourself. Otherwise, just go pay a tech $30-$35 to have it set up.
