Although there are devices that simply provide phantom power, I would NOT recommend one of these since, even if you successfully get your mic into the built in sound chip on your computer, the quality will be rubbish since built ins are made for gaming and Skype calls not recording with a good mic. You will also have problems with monitoring working that way.
The USB audio interface option that Arcaxis suggested would be the cheapest and easiest thing for you right now. If you can still find them, I can recommend the M Audio M Track (original version, not the Mark 2) which was on sale recently because the Mark 2 was released. It's a good reliable box that sounds fine, does good monitoring and the right power and connectors for your mic.
There's lots of others but, if you're talking to a salesman, tell him you need phantom power via an XLR and "direct hardware monitoring" as a minimum. Other features are up to you.
