Help with Alesis Multimix 8 Firewire please!

Anyone out there familiar with the Alesis Multimix 8 Firewire?
Been trying for hours to get this working, any help would be appreciated!

I'm sure there are people here to help you - where are now in your set up? Hooked up to computer via Firewire? Got the drivers downloaded and installed> What Daw are you using?
