Its called the ES-1 mkII rhythm production sampler. I got it out here in japan but it has english instructions so i assume they sell it in the states as well. Anyway, the big question i had about it was that on some of the preset songs, they were able to use a sound, and make it go up and down, almost as if it was being played on the piano.
Ex. Song b29 one of the songs go like do fa so la type stuff right?
Well when i try to use a sound, i only get the same pitch and the same sound.
Ex. for example, if i choose the piano sound it just goes do do do do do, except of going up and down like example 1.
So could it possibly mean that the sampler has the capabilities of going up and down? Or is it just preset?
