You mad bro?

There's no use in discussion with this guy. He can't be taken seriously. I suspect something is not quite right in the head. I don't say that to poke fun, but you can't rationalize with crazy.

Rational would be the cognitive ability to understand you can't have an "imaginary border" and ever expanding social programs at the same time. For most it would not be necessary to detail the consequences. Lamentations over impoverished children in the US would suggest already overburdened and/or underserved demographic in need of government funded social programs through taxation. An open border allowing a never ending influx of the impoverished would inevitably collapse under the weight of balancing the ability to provide social programs and the necessity to fund those programs through taxation.

Alas, in spite of these realities the irrational and simple minded would prattle on about fear mongering and conservatives hate diversity. Indoctrinated in stupidity, or a fucking nut.
More gaslighting....

Clearly, you were the one who was mad and butthurt after my initial comment, which is when you tagged me and replied in the first place... sooooo..

"you can't rationalize with.. blah, blah, blah...." Don't pretend to be the voice of reason in the room with your antiquated logic. You don't have an objective bone in your body as far as I can tell.

You continue to operate on logical fallacies. A.. borders are imaginary because anyone who really wants to cross them can easily do so. They're stopping nothing. Not even if you built a wall to the moon. It's an imagined construct that never worked and never will in terms of the way you expect borders to work. The facts don't support your claims that immigrants would overwhelm a safety net that is already strained. Now, for the facts. A. The safety net isn't strained, it's entirely insufficient and has been for some time. B. illegal immigrants are not entitled to the benefits in the first place. The congressional budget office found that 75% illegal immigrants regularly pay taxes at an average of $7 billion per year. They pay in far more than they take and are not eligible for the benefits they're paying into. They spend money into the economy. So, when you're babbling on about "realities" and your "superior" understanding of the world, please be aware that I know you're completely full of shit.

Well, look.... that's record time for a circular argument. It's painfully obvious at this point that you really don't have any clue what you're talking about and are not educated in the least about any of these ideologies or policies therein.

You don't have anything to explain to anyone here. Your anecdotal evidence and fear mongering is a bunch of garbage. I don't care what your experience with rent control has been with policies as they've existed where you live. They're completely irrelevant, just like your anecdotal opinion of them.

There's really no nice way to put this to you. Basic math escapes you as you sit here making wildly distorted excuses to do absolutely nothing about an unsustainable problem. Right now, the average rent in population centers for a 700 sq ft 1 room studio is $1200-$1600. On the low end, that puts average rent around 50% of the average income in this state. That's absolutely absurd. If this basic math is lost on you, and if the solution is lost on you, at least spare the rest of us all your fear mongering and anecdotal generalizations.

Yes, actually installing policy based on how effective the policy is instead of your emotional opinion of what the policy is labeled or what color it is. Yes, of course it has been done before. It is being done very successfully every day in many countries including America. Do you hate roads? Do you hate public schools and libraries? Do you prefer to fight your own fires and solve your own crimes?

Sounds like you're the one who feels entitled based on where you live. You keep acting like I've used the fact that I'm American to support anything to do with any points I've made. I never have. You might just need to get over yourself and deal with the anti-American sentiment. Again, your claims are all purely anecdotal. I've spent time in the UK. The owner of the York Roast Co in York told me that he absolutely loved the healthcare system there. He said he couldn't believe that America still hasn't instituted universal healthcare. An entire room full of people born and raised in the UK all agreed and were dumbfounded that Americans allow their health to be subject to profit and a privilege for only those who can afford it. I'd say that the majority of people in the UK probably feel the same way. So, I'll take their example over yours, since you've made so many faulty arguments that aren't supported by facts.
I dont know what to say to someone who has absolutely no idea or experience of what he is talking about. But according to you all I say is garbage. You are 100% correct but have zero experience of what you prattle on about.

Living in these countries is a far better experience than reading a book, talking to an expat or attending the local Socialist meeting.

As regards the National Health Service of the UK. It was a great idea, but now is a basket case waiting to implode. It costs more then anything else from the UK budget by trillions and that still isnt enough. It doesnt even deliver anymore with waiting lists for years. It was once the envy of the world. Now nobody would touch it with a barge pole let alone base their health service on it.

You're right. I'm clueless. I haven't needed a rental in years. Everything I have is paid for. Bought a new van last year with cash. $28K, no sweat. I can buy another if I want too. I'm okay. My business and engineering degrees paid off rather nicely, along with some inheritance money from parents that cared. You have the gubmint for your daddy with the DC elite living it up while you slug it out with the miseries of the common man and a job market for imported cheap labor. Been there, done that, chap. It kinda sucks.

I'm sorry. I wish I could help, but alas you have all the answers.

^^ Dismisses someone's personal life experience as mere anecdotal evidence. Goes on to describe how what someone told him is evidence to support his argument. 🤪

I'm telling you, this guy is not right in the head. Waste of time.
More evidence of how dumb you are. Anecdotal evidence literally means someone is relying on their personal life experience as evidence. Try a dictionary out. That's the entire point. Forgoing the overall facts and the big picture in favor of your own, very limited, experience amounts to willful ignorance. The irony of your moronic comments will be forever lost on you.

I don't have all the answers. You have zero answers. You have nothing productive to offer in any political debate. Absolutely nothing. You don't even know what you're talking about most of the time. Your soul intention here is to insult those who don't share your narrow views like the ignorant bigot your are. Nobody.. absolutely NOBODY needs help from you. You, on the other hand, need expanded access to mental healthcare immediately.

ouch ouch ouch. My brother in law was a dermatologist. His malpractice insurance was more than his salary. For every doctor or nurse that actually helps the patient -- look at all the office people and insurance people that get involved. They aren't free. Then a lot of the tests, etc. are routinely unnecessary, but the insurance companies require it to avoid liability.

You have zero answers

I don't need answers.
I have what I want.
I'm content.
I started a home nursery business with rare and exotic plants that I find in nature, and have about 2,000 followers on FB.
I'm also starting a gem and mineral business.
Maybe I can do something with recording when my hand heals.
Music is my least profitable investment so far.
I have about $10K invested in that, and I've played guitar in bands for probably 7 years altogether.
Here's me playing way back in 2008.

But, rest assured, you're still dumb as a sock.
Well, I finished 1st in my class in engineering school, and I'll match math wits with anyone.
I also have a 4 year business degree.
Seriously Roush, what am I supposed to think about somebody that tells me I'm stupid, when I know it isn't true?
I've been a financial analyst and an engineer for fortune 500 companies.
I even worked at IBM and Lexmark, but you insist that I'm dull-witted and biased.
Seriously dude, do you have any idea what it takes to get a job at IBM?
What am I supposed to think about you? Be honest.

I know lots of people with extensive educations who are still dumb as a rock. Now, I know one more. 🤷🏼‍♂️ You condemned me for comparing someone’s individual experience to anecdotal evidence, when that’s literally what it is. Don’t go around bragging about your degrees after that celebration of ignorance. This is where your barrage of bigoted insults has gotten you. Lay in the bed you made and stop crying about it looking for sympathy. People know you’re dumb now, and it’s your own doing. Oh well!

Allow me to rephrase so perhaps you might comprehend.

You dismissed Orson's lived experience as mere anecdotal evidence lacking definitive proof of his assertions. Yet you turned around and in the very next paragraph of the very same post used someone else's verbally related anecdotal experience as proof of your opinion on something you have absolutely no personal experience whatsoever.

The big picture is becoming more and more clear, you aren't wrapped too tight. Relax man, no need to get yourself so worked up.

Yeah, I know some like that too. None of them were engineers. I guess I'm the first. umkay.

You condemned me for comparing someone’s individual experience to anecdotal evidence, when that’s literally what it is.

That wasn't me. You sound rather confused. Okay, I'm sorry, but that wasn't me.

Don’t go around bragging about your degrees after that celebration of ignorance.

If my education experience is true -- then that's bragging, if you Argumentum ad Hominin is true then that's okay, it's just the truth, as you say I'm biased.
Do you see the unfairness, or maybe you are just hopeless.
People know you’re dumb now, and it’s your own doing. Oh well!

You aren't my employer so I don't really care that you missed it. They thought I was rather innovative. What do you do for an occupation. If it's a menial job, I promise I won't club you over the head. I'd just like to understand the disconnect here.

Lay in the bed you made and stop crying about it looking for sympathy.

I already said I was content with life and what I have. You weren't listening. There is the problem. You have replaced rationality with anger.

The big picture is, you’re rambling a bunch of absolute nonsense that isn’t supported by facts, such as your made up doomsday immigration scenario. You don’t know what you’re talking about and are obviously a sucker for uneducated stereotypes.

More delusional ranting of a bigot. Post insults and then play the victim. Poor you!! Only ignorant people are bigots. Even if your walls were papered with degrees we’d all still know that you’re stupid and easily manipulated by false narratives that make you feel good about being a bigoted POS.

If I agree with you then I'm playing the victim.
It sounds like that is what you are saying.
Can anybody else understand this guy before I send him to the phantom zone?
