Finishing my demo

Hi all,

Was wondering if someone could help. I managed to record my vocals, piano, bass and guitar parts all on my Korg D1600. Ive then sent the wavs to my PC for editing

Im trying to use Sonic Foundry but it doesnt seem so good for editing individual wavs...i.e splicing them and stuff. Can anyone suggest anything?

Also, I recorded it all at 127bpm, and drums is the one thing im missing. How do I get a drum backing sample for this at such a starnge bpm?! Is it best to try and find some software or invest in a drum machine?

Music style is well, Radioheadish I guess

I use Cubase and like it for editing but I also found Adobe Audition to be really good.

Sonic Foundry what?? That's a company name (an old one at that, as they were bought out by Sony a few years ago), not a software title.

If you want to edit WAVs, the Sonic Foundry/Sony title you want is Sound Forge, which is pretty much the original standard for audio file editing. Other titles from other sources include Adobe Audition, Steinberg Wavelab, and the open source freeware Audacity, and about a dozen others. While each has it's own look and feel, they all work basically the same way and do more or less the same thing.

Best would be to find a decent drummer, really.

But if you are one of those rare musicians who isn't followed from gig to gig by a drummer or two (J/K, drummers! ), then either software or a drum machine will do. A drum machine would be my personal preference, but you can get servicable results from either one.
