Elizabethan Accent

She spoke in a very posh non-accent when she presented Have I Got News For You.

That would be consistent with the majority of the white national populace of Ilford. My dads from there.... There was quite a big east London population moved there after the war and they were the slightly better off from the east end. The rest made it to Harlow and Basildon, hence the appalling Essex accent that is so common today...
