"If it's sounding like resonances', hot eq' spots?"

RESONANCES!! Bet that's what it is. Sure, I'd like to let anyone give it a listen. Where- and how- would I post the mp3? Also, do AIF files work?
Just to maybe help sort it out, you could expect 'room tones, external things like that could show up just generally on any tracks (though they would change different places in the room, what you're micing and other variables). Vs if this question is speciffically when you're doing unison boubles?
For example, if one (or several mic tracks of different parts -not unison) on the ac. guitar all having a hot spot- could be the guitar's resonance, mic position, room, all sorts. Not the same as signals adding and canceling like phase combing. And for a reflection to cause combing' it would have to be fairly high in relative level (see the 3:1 Attenuation rule') -like a very close hard wall, or music stands are good gotchas' :p
Anyway, a way to help seperate the two.
