If you're talking about the Studio-100, I used to have one a long time ago.
I used it live for vocal reverbs and delays, but never as a guitar effect. It's an ancient unit by today's standards. You're much better off with a Digitech RP pedal if you want some good guitar effects in either a live or studio setting. I have a like-new Digitech RP-200A I'll sell you if you want it. I only used it a few times because I got a Vox AD50VT that has all the effects already built-in.
