Just out of curiosity....have you used a 576 before? I had a pair of em for a while. Pretty nasty little units

They have the best limiters I've used other than Universal Audio.

Everyone has their own opinion. I just wanted to make sure that you weren't just getting one because the specs looked good. Like I said, I owned two of them. Personally, I MUCH prefer the sound of a DBX 166 over the tubed 576. And I don't like the 166 a whole lot either. If you want two channels of nice limiting style stuff, look at the Aphex solutions (Dominator). Now thats a cool little processor for too much money (should be the same or less than 1 DBX 576. Just my opinion
