My ears just won't work right tonight. I spent the last half hour trying to tune my acoustic so that I could record a track. It still doesn't sound right. It's cause I lost my freaking tuning fork. I'm going to bed.

You tune your acoustic with a fork? That's gotta be hard. I just use a $15 Korg Chromatic Tuner and it works great. I tune both of my guitars with it, and my wife even uses it to tune her violin with it. Works great. I know 'cause when we get our piano tuned and I tune my guitar they are perfect when you play the same note.
In fact, it so dead on that when my wife plays E on the piano my 1st and 6th guitar strings sing. It also does it with the A. Anyway, there is probably a reason why you use a fork.
By the way, I know it's not very technical or it may seem like a sell out (some people like tuning the guitars the old fashion way). However, it's not only hearing proof it's idiot proof. Green light good, red light bad - Unless you want to play punk or something.
