"Calling All Friends" Could Use a Few Ears

Hey guys,

I’ve got a song that I feel is pretty close to being done.

I’ve tried to master it myself, but I’m not sure how it compares and I’m a little worried I might be squashing it too much.

Can you guys give a listen and let me know your opinions?

Any other song and mixing advice is always welcome as well.

It sounds pretty good to me. I daresay that others will offer assorted opinions, but I think you have done a fine job and I can't see a burning need to change anything in particular

I'm with gecko, this sounds quite commercial to me.

It could be a tad lighter. I think you have over-egged the bottom end, and I would EQ out some of the resonant tones of the vocal during the verses.

Nice job. I wouldn't change it much if at all. Perhaps........a tad better kick sound / volume. Thanks for letting me listen.

It's already been said: it sounds very "commercial".
Polished. Nice tones.
The kick is kind of just a thumping in the background though. Not a big fan.
