Hello guys, I would like to ask someone here to help me with schematics for a studio which I'll be building shortly.
I got an awesome deal from a shop, and I made a list of the stuff I want. I would get everything way under price, so I choose the best I could find from them.

Can someone tell me best possible schematics for this gear

-FRACTAL AXE FX2
-QSC HPR1521 ACTIVE (2 PIECES)
-MACKIE PRO FX 22
-TECH 21 VT-RMBG SANS AMP
-PRODIPE PRO 8V2
-ROLAND TR8 RHYTHM PERFORMER
-ROLAND UA55
-YAMAHA HPE-170
-BBE MAX X3 CROSSOVER
-RADIAL JD6 RACKMOUNT DIRECT BOX
-AUDIX CX212B
-ROLAND BK5
-FURMAN POWER CONDITIONER

I play electric guitar and piano.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance guys (and girls)

Toma

That's an interesting mixture of gear on your shopping list. Were I to be shopping for recording gear, I would cross off most of those things.

However, perhaps what would be of help is if you could describe what you want to do with your recording stuff. For example, are you just seeking to record your own stuff, and if so, what? Or do you intend to record others?

gecko zzed- thank you for your reply.
I want to do a covers of others' songs, and I also want to record my original stuff (which got quite big in the last 3 years).
I play blues and just got into jazz and started to play some metal (hope there's no metal-haters). So yeah, I just want to take next step in the music.

Could you tell me what things you would remove and why?

Thank you,
Tomislav

The first thing I notice about your list - you have a mixer listed (Mackie) - why? It could be used to control your monitoring, of course, but it and the QSCs are not really needed for any recording purpose. They're for live playing.

I would also play my guitar like I've been doing it for past 6 years. And active speakers have a better result with axe fx since axe has it's own cab simulators

also, Regarding mixer, I would use it for a mic

I think the guys mean why do you want a mixer over an interface.
Sometimes there's a good reason but usually people just think they need a mixer.

If you're planning to record to a computer, you probably just need an audio interface.

You've go tthe Roland interface, just plug the mics and Axe output into it.

You can save yourself money by crossing off the mixer, the cross over, the PA speakers, and maybe even the DI.
