Best Online Mic Retailer?

Hi Everyone:

This is my first post (I've learned a ton from reading your posts....mostly, I've learned how broke I really am!).

Just wondering if any of you recommend a certain online retailer, particularly for the Studio Projects line. I live in Minneapolis/St Paul and would love to try one first. Is there a "brick and mortar" retailer that carries that line?

Brick and mortar can be hard to find for SP. For online, Macmidimusic seems to have as good prices as anyone, with shipping included. I gambled on a C3 without auditioning it, and it has pretty much lived up to most of the hype. Is it a U87?-no. Is it a useful mic? Very much so.-Richie

I've had really good luck buying from 8th Street www.8thstreet.com, and their free shipping kicks in at $149. They carry the whole SP line.
