Best Mic in the $200 range

I know this has been posted probably millions of times...but im in desprite need of a mic now and I want to know what all of you think the best mic with the best quality is for $200...this may help but i have a small mixer with a pre amp...its a Behringer Eurotrack UB802....and a shitty soundcard. Any suggestions...thanks in advance.
