I think it was my first time having sex, someday Ill have a partner and Ill be a senior member.:D

It's upon your fiftieth post - at which time you will receive instant revelation and become all-knowing about all things recording, both digitally and analogally. :)

I am still a Newbie in many areas...

I am still a Newbie in many areas...

Although I have many years of experience, I am still learning every time I plug in a Mic and bring up the fader. I believe this is one of the greatest attractions of home recording.

Each new song, each track, overdub or mixdown holds an element of surprise, excitement and yes sometimes disapointment.

Then throw in the possibillity of a new peice of equipment. WOW
A new compressor or effects box, or a new mic pre-amp and the whole recording process becomes fresh.... until we overuse that effect and then have to get something new again.

I'm a newbie and proud of it.:D

No you're not, Dom Franco! Your caption says you're a "Force of Nature", and we all know the captions don't lie and somehow magically define a person's true skill and expertise in the field of recording technology!

:D :D

Didn't I see your band a few years ago in Laplace? You had a kick ass bass player.

And so my post count also rises...

When I was a newbie, We had to walk ten miles to the recording supply place to purchase our wax discs. And we didnt have hi-fi and All the comforts you kids take for granted. And we were thankfull.

Kids today with your new fangled computers and your Dan Fogalburg just dont respect your elders and you play your damn music too loud.

Oops Pooped my pants again.

For a 'dedicated member status'...

you have to declare your utmost dedication to me, Señor Assholio, the greatest! ;)

Or just go for some 29 posts. I still have a long way to go.... :(

Oh well, one step closer, eh? :D
