AT 4033 or AT 4050 or TLM 103???

I would tend to agree with sjoko2 on the TLM103, in that it is imperitive to use a quality shock mount with this mic.
The 103's do tend to be sort of boomy in the low end. The 103 is indeed a very good mic, and useful on many applications. I don't think it would be my first choice for vocals though.

I've used this mic extensively on grand piano, and have had very good results.

If I were shopping for a new vocal workhorse mic, I'd definately have a look at the Studio Projects line. (I own the SP T3)

I don't own any AT mics, so I can't help you with those.
 
in ur sample do have use the tlm 103 for picking all the tracks?

By the way nice recording.... piano sound great! :-)
 
No. In that sample the TLM103 is used on the piano only.
Some of the other instruments are miked, most of them are synthisized wave forms.
