anybody familiar with this vintage effect pedal?

Morley ACV - Attack Control Volume or something like that. It looks like a wah/volume pedal with a toggle switch and a foot switch on the side.

I own a similar Morley effect. It looks the exact same (big metal box, plugs into wall, see-saw pedal, on/off button, etc), but mines a Wah. I love the thing. Ive never seen one like it, and Ive never played the attack volume control model.
Mines built like a tank though.
