Analog to Digital?

Hey,
I'm doing a recording this weekend and I'm going to need 2 more inputs than usual for the project. I use an Edirol UA-101 interface which has 8 analog inputs but for the project I'm doing, I'm going to need to record 10 tracks live at once.

There are the two digital inputs on the Edirol UA-101 which I'm hoping to be able to use but I'm not sure how is best?

I obviously need a way to convert 2 analog signals to digital signals. I can't afford to spend much money on this, thats where I'm asking for help in how I can do it without.

I also own a Tascam 788 and have an M-Audio Delta 1010LT interface on my desktop PC. Both of these have digital outs which I was wondering if I'd be able to use in any way? If I put the mic through either of these would there be a way to route straight through to the digital output without recording on a seperate platform and exporting out later?

I know both of these have coaxial outputs and the UA-101 has an optical input but I can borrow a converter between coaxial and optical.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Use your Tascam and this little puppy and you should be OK.
