Refresh my memory - customizing my profile

From what I remember, on my old account i could change where it says "registered user" under my avatar, are we not allowed to do that anymore?
Also, why cant i upload my own avatar? when I first created this account the option was there but now it's not.
Is this all tied in to the rep crap? I think I remember once you got a certain amount of rep you unlocked some customization options but I could be completely wrong
 
Those are still options. It may be that there's a post limit, though. I can't remember for sure - I'd have to check.
If you can PM me your old username, the associated email address, and a new email address that you have access to now, I could hook you back up with your old account, if you want.
 
Go to My Profile>Edit Profile>Custom User Title. If it is not there or you cannot edit it, then you need more posts. It is not written anywhere, but it might be 50 posts.

You're more than halfway there.
