Midi 2.0 is here....

All you have is now
And technology moves forward ...get yer wallet out....New and Improved! / Next Years model! $$$$$$$

So it's been almost 40 years since I first learned of this thing called midi "musical instrument digital interface"

I've used, use it a bit but really not all that much, or as much as I could have should have...but I use it.

Where this new iteration will take us I haven't a clue but I suspect it will add depth to the already way deeper than I want to go midi music making...

I guess 40 years is a pretty good lifespan for the Midi 1 protocol. Not using any midi stuff, its not really going to have much of a consequence for me. For keyboard players, it could be a game changer.

Maybe the market for old used keyboards will explode, as all the players upgrade to the newest stuff!
