Ya know.. for the past 6 years, I've cooked Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for a small crowd around where I was living - 15 to 20 people, usually.
This year I've moved away and today is my first relaxing turkey day in a while. I discovered a cool recipe for banana pancakes and, believe it or not,
I had me a small batch of them for dinner this evening. Mmmm-mmMMmm.. good!
