Cool Win10 Feature

Yeah that's fucking brilliant. So now when MS releases a buggy update that crashes yer system it'll take yer whole network down for ya'. Fuckin' awesome, man!

Just recently I've been experiencing PC problems (e.g. not booting properly). My son (who is IT specialist) is fixing it for me. I'm using a backup at the moment. He has cloned the existing hard drive onto two SSDs. The first will stay as XP, while the second is going to Win10.

I don't like being an early adapter . . . I'd rather others be the brave frontier fighters exploring the twists and turns of W10. But having an XP SSD means I can progressively upload stuff to the W10 system, and hope that I can find it all.

My big worry is getting the firepod to work. I found a fix to get it up in Win7. Maybe I'll get lucky with Win10. Otherwise I might have to look for a newer interface.
 
I have multiple computers but I don't let them talk to each other... I'm mean like that. Besides, one's Win7 and this one's Win8, and there'd be no end to the bitching who was best...

I'll wait until Service Pack 1 for Win10 before claiming my free upgrade, I reckon.
