WTB: interface/sound card

Anyone have an Emu 0404 or M-Audio Audiophile lying around they'd like to get rid of? Or anything similar?

Just looking for a cheap interface with coax S/PDIF (not optical) I/O. Doesn't even need anything else on it.

Prefer PCI, but would consider USB or Firewire.
