I have the original receipt, the box it shipped in, all original packaging, documentation, accessories, etc. I asked Panasonic and YES I can transfer the PASS 3-year Warranty ownership to someone else when I sell it, so you will get the remaining two years warranty in your name. It comes with all original accessories.
