For sale is an analog Korg Poly 800mkI for US$200 plus shipping.
The Korg Poly 800 is an 8 voice digitally controlled analog synthesizer that was released in 1983.
It's in great condition, physically and electronically. Everything works and it all works well. Its been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
The internal battery has been replaced even though there have been no leaks. A new battery and battery holder has been installed away from the pcb as well, as you can see from the pics.
The original factory patches have been restored.
This comes with:
- a blue Korg softcase.
- a Japanese manual (the English one is available online of course)
- a preloaded patch list.
- the original cassette of patches (an mp3 is available so you wont have to hunt down a cassette player).
A power adapter is not included.
The MIDI in/out works perfectly as well, so hooking it up to your DAW as either a sound source or a controller, is quick and painless.
The best bit is that it has pegs on the sides so you can keytar it up to your heart's content
I'm in Japan, but I'll be happy to ship it anywhere at your cost.
Shipping will be done via EMS and the cost will vary depending on where you are,... but for the UK or US it's generally around the US$100 range.
