Need a new footswitch

Hey everyone:

I've got a B-52 ST6012 that has a footswitch with channel select and overdrive select built into a stereo cable, and then the reverb toggle uses a mono cable.

Where can I buy a foot switch like this? The B-52 foot switch is a piece and doesn't work AT ALL.

A store in town here is selling a bunch of footswitches that they made with old rubber doorstops, what looks to me like a true bypass button-switch, and a guitar cable. They look pretty cool, but they kind of flop around. I got one for my Blues Jr., but it would be pretty easy to make one if you got the right switch component.

I am beginning to think I am going to have to resort to that (which isn't a problem). I figure... i need to go buy three toggle switches and then try to figure out how they are wired I would copy the way B-52 did theirs, but they use these switches that have three prongs on them. A lot of switches I have seen have... nine?????
