Alex Lifeson's guitars going to auction

I'm a big fan of Rush. The 1st rock song I ever learned on guitar was Working Man, then Fly By Night. I've seen them live several times. But I can't afford regular Rush swag, much less actual Rush artifacts. They are an expensive band to follow.

How has Covid affected you at a personal level?

Not much has changed here, other than postponing or canceling concerts. I'm an essential worker so I went to work everyday. Happy everything is starting to open up. And just like everyone, my family has lost loved ones due to Covid.

Seeking Feedback on my first project from new home studio

I really like the song, until the abrupt ending. A nice fade out would better suit my own ears.

    An observation about guitar mags.

A part of my gear purge is getting rid of all my old guitar magazines. And I've noticed a few things. The earlier mags have posters. The earlier mags have more content and less advertisements. Also, the same songs, the same guitarists grace the covers. Just imagine if Playboy or Hustler kept...

    ASIO buffer?

the buffers open up the ram for processing, which causes latency. processing time that may not be needed. Some say keep the buffers low while tracking and high while mixing. I never adjust mine and do just fine.

    Is it possible?

For a midi drum beat to go out of time? I could swear that when I recorded everything was on the beat, now when I listen back, after several times, it's out of time.
