    you can make stands out of plywood or you can use concrete screws but those will leave really big holes in the wall or if nothing else you can just lean the up in the corner you can also try putting hooks in the wood frames and hanging them from mic stands or other type of stands

    if the input for the switch is a quarter inch it will work and you only switching between 2 channels it will work(amp footswitches and midi footswitches are the same thing)

    i have used both the 603 and the 2003 i prefer the 2003 because they are ldc and have pick up the whole kit better the the 603 do fine on cymbal and since all the other drums are miced i dont really worry about getting the whole kit in the overheads as much

    40 bucks can get you a superlux fk2 which is a pretty good kick mic i would stay away from the pg52. if you look around long enough you should be able to find some samples of the fk2 its nothing impressive but it a solid clean sound which is much more than can be said about the pg52 or go look...
