How to hookup two Presonus Quantum2626 together with ADAT Optical ?

The dual ADAT connections are for more channels or higher sample rates. I don't know that particular unit, but you most likely have to use the software to specify one as clock master and one as clock slave, and also specify which one is the signal source and which is receiving signal. You...

    Edited Audio Won't Realign

Many times when it says 30, it's actually 29.97. But if the OP is just doing audio and not doing anything that changes the play speed (like stretching and resampling), it should line up. I've noticed with mp3 files, the audio can be offset a few milliseconds, enough for me to notice.

    Edited Audio Won't Realign

29.97 fps is the standard frame rate for US video, has been since color was added to the standard. 30 fps is a rounded up approximation. Very often (but not always), if something says 30 it's actually 29.97.

    Syncing tracks

Yep, it's basic resampling, no fancy pitch processing. Let the pitch follow the playback speed adjustment.

    Syncing tracks

GIve it a try, it might be okay. If it drifts, it's fixable. It helps to have a clap or something at each end to line up.

    Syncing tracks

I've found differing degrees of drift from various devices, all compared to my cameras. I've synced up audio from my H5 and UI24R, Mackie DL16S, Behringer X32 etc.

    Syncing tracks

If the devices could be connected via SMPTE or ADAT, it might be possible to clock one off the other.

    Syncing tracks

If they're recorded on separate devices, there's a good chance they'll drift. The question is how long before it's noticeable. I generally record video of live shows, so sets of around an hour. My Zoom H5 seems to match my cameras pretty well over that time. If I record on my Soundcraft UI24R...

    normalize vox?

Turn the other tracks down and your headphones up. All your levels should be well away from 0 dBFS throughout the recording and mixing process. The time to get the final level is when you're mastering.

Order CDs vs. burn my own CD-Rs - a problem of CD player compatibility

It might. Optimal is somewhere between maximum and minimum speeds, I suspect not too far below maximum.

Order CDs vs. burn my own CD-Rs - a problem of CD player compatibility

The slowest speed isn't necessarily the best speed. As dyes got tuned for higher maximum speeds, the optimum speed increased. I would go two or three steps below the maximum.

How to record an upright piano using 3 microphones?

I've had some decent results placing the mics on the back, 2 PZMs on the wall about a meter off the floor and about 60 cm apart, with the piano about 30 cm out from the wall.

I forgot to dither 24bit -> 16 bit. Does it matter?

Are you sure it doesn't happen automatically?

Order CDs vs. burn my own CD-Rs - a problem of CD player compatibility

In addition to the above advice, try burning at different speeds.

Is there a 'typical' eq and FX setting for a male vocal?

This is like asking for directions to the store. Which store and where are you starting from? The mic model and style of music isn't enough information.

OverHead Tracking - 1 Stereo track vs. 2 Mono tracks

I have not experienced a situation where there was an audible difference between recording separate tracks and recording a single stereo track. The main difference is in how you process them after recording. A single stereo track saves having to create a bus to apply effects to both at once, but...

Starting thought process of what is needed

A concert stage also has depth. I work in a theater (mostly plays, but also the occasional musical act) with a stage that's about 30' wide between the wings and 20' to the back curtain.

    SM7a/b humbucker coil

Well, at least in the case of guitar pickups, they alter the tone a bit just by being part of the circuit.

I also don't do green screen (I do actual live videos), but I think you need to light the screen in addition to lighting yourselves.
