Yes some timing issues and a bit of out of tuneness in the vocals at times.. But I like it alot.. AIC'ish.... Some neat things are getting lost in the mix. Don't know how to describe it .. I think the acoustics lack som mid's or highs in the beginning before the dist starts... Anyway, it is...

I remember when I first started recording I had a DOD Eq in my rack.. I used the stupid thing just because it was there. It did more harm than good but I just had to incorporate it in my recordings because it existed...

I did try it out as a mic pre... That is not my intended us though.. Anyway, I tested it as a DI on keys and it did add a little punch and fullness to the cheap board I am using.. BUT, this thing puts out as much noise/hiss as those cassette tapes that used to sell 25 for a $1. Very noisy.
