I actually use both. Sometimes a line or two or a whole verse will come to me when I am at work. I will type it in and email it home to myself or throw it on my thumb drive.. If I am at home I usually use paper. So mostly paper... yea.

I went through the same thing exactly! I did the turn around thing back to the analog mixing/patchbays and such. Much happier now!

How would you rate Cool/Auditions stock plugins when compared to outboard gear? Example.. The compressor and limiter is it better or worse than a 3630? How would you compare the chorus to other chorus modules out there? Reverb. Better or worse than an Alesis module?
