On the left side is download link from Image-line's own server. It should be as clean as it will get (ofcourse don't forget to untick unnessesary things when installing)
What mbox are you using, there's a five different ones? :P If that's the new Avid one check the Mbox driver control panel - you can control monitoring from there. This should work UNLESS you are monitoring thru Pro tools. However if the problem lies in PT (copy-paste from Gearslutz):
1) The tripod mount hole should be size 1/4". You can find the right size on ebay:

If you are planning to put the zoom under the car you should cover it to protect it against dirt, small rocks and such. Putting the Zoom into non-lubricated condom seems to be an option...

I'd say get a little more expensive Saffire 56 with two ADAT in/outputs and wordclock connectors. Thats what i did. :)

No, FL just overrides the tempo unless you import the midi file in this way: File->Import->Midi file...
This creates a new project and imports the tempo data also. You can edit tempo data via right clicking the tempo->Edit events. (Pain in the ass... why couldn't it just create a normal...
Exactly what Jimmi said. You can automate the tempo in FL by right-clicking on tempo and choosing "Create automation clip". This creates an automation block in Playlist which you can edit over there.
