WATYF - Record the SM-58 into one channel, and the piezzo pickup to another, then, using your multi-track software, pan one track about 3 o'clock and the other one to about 9. This should give you a nice stereo sounding guitar. I had decent results with a Shure dynamic and a god-awfull pickup...
