yeah I started to look around somemore, and was leaning towards the Studio Projects, but i've always heard good things about the 4033 too. what would you choose out of the 4 you mentioned. It will primarily for vocals and acoustic guitar.

I have a ZOOM 234 drum machine, and Protools. The drum machine only has a MIDI IN. So my question is, can I record MIDI into protools. I assume not, but I just want to make sure I'm not a complete idiot. Any help would be appreciated.

there are a couple in the roland em series, I've got this one. I think it's about $180.00 I dig it. Are you doing MIDI, there might be some funky tricks to get around, all depends on what sequencer your using. I know a couple tricks let me know.
