In VST32 (not sure about sx, but should be the same) you can save the settings of each channel of the mixer. That way just copy the track into another song, and recall your mixer settings for that track that you saved before....bob's your uncle..

Jerry, good to hear you're happy with 24i/o. I've been looking at it for a while and seems like the way to go. I just wanna bring twenty four tracks out to my analog desk, and 24i/o looks perfect for that. You're obviously on a Macintosh...any idea when DP will be available for PC?? All the best.

nice work my friend....I listened to the "mix 2"...the only suggestion I would make is back off the snare just a little, little bit....just a tad..it was just hitting me on the head when I was listening, seemed just a little anoying...but thats up to personal taste as well I guess...great song

Chris, I don't think it's just the matter of choosing which cable you're gonna connect the gear with (bal or Unbal), but you should connect them going by your operating levels of each piece of gear...if your preamp's out is unbal you should connect it to your compressor's unbal....or...

Hi guys, I tracked a guitar part twice and have the two tracks panned to the sides a bit. The guy that played the tune heard something wrong with one of the tracks (I never noticed anything, why did he have to :D )...Now Ive split both tracks so that I can take out the bad part out of the...

great song...good mixing job.. I felt the guitars were panned out too much, aspecially the one on the left....I listened only thru some headphones.... Good work

yeah I thought it'd be a bit hard to "track" two channels through a mono unit....;) so you just "mixed" the kick through the avalon

Does anyone know if Digital performer works on PC.... All they mention on their site is DP on Mac, but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere it works on PCs as well....:confused: thanks
