if you have a onboard soundcard..disable it. fix it so the lexicon is the only source of sound. aside from that, it sounds like vegas may not be equipped to handle it

do you really need all that stuff on every channel? how about bussing channels that have the same setup and then adding the effects to the buss...and also, it may be time to invest in some outboard gear.

....except for my computer, i have no piece of equipment that has a price tag of over $350...even the mixer. I'm not the kind of asshole that runs around telling people to save up their money for the most expensive thing, but the initial basic set is going to cost money.

turn down the volume going into the inputs...honestly, theres what you hear and what the computer hears.....record something, play it back and see how you like it...if not, modify the volume on the mixer. also, lower the wav volume in the windows mixer...that may help some also
