What you need is not an A/D converter..you need a guitar amp (fender twin prefered), an r121 ribbon mic, and a DW Fearn Tubue Pre. Take the keyboard and plug it into the amp, record that with the dw fearn and 121 into your computer. You have to have a good room though or it's all for naught.

I think Fruity Loops makes some killer drums.

You actually need a Lexicon 480L and a Neve sidecar.
