I don't, but I can easily get one. As far the shop, it's kinda weird. I have several friends who get their guitars repaired there, and they have had no issues. It seems I'm the only one.
So, I have a really nice washburn. But the electronics are going out on it. When played, it will be clear, then I'll bump the guitar (even slapping the strings with my palm wilk do it.) Then the electronics will cut out. Another good slap will bring em back. I thought it was probly a loose...
I've got four PDMIC78's (U know, the ones that look like the SM57 but aren't) that I got for ten bucks a piece. I thought they would be crap, but turns out they're all right. From the research I've done, they are probably the only good product Pyle makes, and they aren't the SM57. They dont...
Here are the three songs I've released so far. All songs will eventually have bass, drums, keys, and backing vocals. Lemme know whatcha think. :)

So I was contacted via Twitter by a fellow who runs this thing called Exposed Vocals. Some sort of thing where he "finds hidden talent" and tries to give them some PR or something. He wants to do an interview with me. Does (anyone know anything about this guy? And would it be at all worth my while?
I'd just like to say that I own two AKG P120's. And These are GREAT mics! I use them for vocals, overheads for my drums and for recording acoustic guitar. I might not be the most experienced guy as far as mics are concerned but in my limited experience, the P120'a are wonderful! :)
Thanks for the advice! I've only got one question:
What do you mean by "Pad down the output?" I'm fairly new to recording, so I'm not yet up on all the lingo :)
Hey, all. I'm looking to mic my kickdrum and am wondering what mic I should use. I've got 3 Shure SM57's, 2 AKG Perception 120 Condensor cardioid pattern mics, and then a cheap condenser cardioid pattern mic I got from PreSonus. I'm planning on using the 57's for snare/toms/(hi-hat?) (I'll be...
