The bigger the label, the more likely they would want a live act. But indie lables sign artist all the time that don't tour or do live shows. Looks at the majority of the electronic music scene, don't tell me all of those guys are doing their one man shows. :) Start big and work your way down...

I listened to Rainy Day: Sounded more like a jam than a song. Could have used more dynamics. You have some good musicians there. With vocals you could have a Dave Matthews Band thing happening. Keep it up, obviously there's some good things to come from you guys. :)

Don't get me wrong, I'm not asking where the profits are going, I was just asking why no royalties. Wouldn't the royalty rate per artist per song be something like .05 or .10 for each song per CD sale? I just think most of us home musicians who don't have a recording contract would feel pretty...
