check Itune's audio preferences. you may want to disable the onboard audio and reinstall the 1010 drivers and see if that helps

i bought the 603 mogami's and i asked the same question a while back. there isnt a difference except that the mogami's have mogami wires in them. they sound the same so dont stress one over the other.

go get 2 mono splitters from radio shack so can split the signal from your 1010 to your monitors and headphone amp.
