Hello everyone,

I am looking to buy a good audio interface so I can produce and record. I need an audio interface that I can hook up my Rokit 5 monitors to it, my synthesizer, Mic and Guitar. I am using FL Studio as my DAW.

Here are the few I have been debating on right now, but any suggestions about these or others are all welcome.

Edirol/Cakewalk/Roland UA-25EX or 101
Motu Ultralite MK3
Lexicon Ionix U42S
M-Audio Fast Track Ultra

My budget would be under $550.

I am running a PC Windows 7 machine. 8GB of Ram, 1tb of hard drive space.

Most important features is multiclient and low latency.

Thank you for your help.

Jeff

The absolute hands down bottom dollar fastest most kick-ass interface is PCI. If your I/O sits on the PCI buss you are moving your bits faster then firewire or USB. I'm something of a M-Audio 1010LT pimp. Eight I/O with MIDI and S/PDIF, two very decent preamps, under $200. It doesn't look pretty I'll admit.
