sounds pretty good in general... im tryin to put some music to my head and i like what im hearing:)

unique lyrics, and the only line i dont really care for,

isnt all that bad, just a bit confusing for me...

i do like the "im looking in on the good life..." line

sorry....I didn't realise I left out a couple of details....the song is New Slang by The Shins.....I think they are brilliant.

I get lines 1, 3 and 4. I got lost on 2. What got out? The rest seems not focused enough for my taste. Maybe "focused" isn't the word. Maybe "too abstract" would be a better description. That's just for my taste though.Someone that writes in a similar fashion might give you better insite, but I saw that no one replied and any feedback is better than none. Beyond the lyrics,music can carry any tune if it has a hook. As always, take criticism with a grain of salt.

download the song if you haven't heard it and tell me that it sucks, and that's it's emo so I can quit listening to it.....the song is on their myspace page also :cool:

that's the part that baffle's me also...but I'm easily baffled. :)
