Tab to MIDI software?!

Does anybody know if there is any kind of "Tab to MIDI" software out there of any sort at all? (Meaning the kind of Tab that you can get from the web?)

i have alot of songs that I would like to have MIDI's of, but I'm not a keyboard player...I wouldn't have a problem moving the notes around onece they were in-but I'm just too damned lazy to sit there and punch in the notes 9Since I'm not a keyboard player, I would wind up putting them in with a mouse!)

Guitar Pro has an import function for that but it sucks. I guess it'll get the notes in but it's just as big a pain as doing it yourself.
I found 3 Dream Theater albums for guitar scanned from the books. I wish I had a prog that could read music from GIF!
Oh well.
