Are there any publishers' sites with lyrics that one could browse on-line ?

What exactly are you talking about. Is this a site with lyrics available for a fee?

I write lyrics and haven't found a good avenue online for strictly lyrics. I have been messing with a site called Tonos which is a collaboration type of project. Here I have found some music for my lyrics. But would also be interested in possibly posting some lyrics for musicians to view.
 
Yes - the main problem with songs is finding good lyrics. Me, and many good composers I know got stuck because they couldn't write good lyrics. That's why I keep wondering there is no easy way to get the lyrics you need. Who will solve it, will get rich fast.
